No REFUNDS or EXCHANGE will be given.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s), Not a problem, you may return item(s) for a store credit.
RETURNS must be made within 15 days of placing your order. Do not return any merchandise outside of the return window without contacting customer service. Your refund will given in the form of a gift card via email.
Unfortunately, at this time, return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please send all returns prepaid to MUTE SHOP 215 West 104th Street, Unit 924, New York, NY 10025.
Please allow a minimum of fourteen (7) days for us to receive and process your return. In most instances, your return will be processed much sooner. You will receive an email notification when your merchandise has been processed.
Delayed Items: If you ordered a non pre-order item and it's delayed, we will notify you of the delay. If you decide that you no longer want that garment. You will receive a store credit. You will not receive a refund.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products
All Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted via email email@example.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include digital photos of all angles of the garments for review
Please note that the product life expectancy depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Any product damage determined to be normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life expectancy of the product will not be covered or replaced.
